Lovely quiet countryside location. Not quite sure what it’s trying to be! Eco hotel/museum/art gallery. Room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant served good food and breakfast, the staff were pleasant enough, although it wouldn’t hurt to give a slightly warmer welcome. Perhaps an explanation as to what they are trying to achieve.

Great overnight stay in a peaceful area. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean. The blackout curtains were superb. The parking was safe and convenient, and there is a little playground outside for little ones and excellent wifi. Highly recommended.

Th location is very special in the middle of the historical place. The restaurant and the staff were very good. In general we felt like to stay at the museum. Very unique place and highly recommended!

Another very good hotel in Norway with the added bonus of being in a lovely area. In the grounds is a church and historical Norwegian buildings and a open air theatre. Very modern building, clean large room, the evening meal was good as was the breakfast. Nice walk around the area. I liked it!
